All Pink Diesel has been handpicked from a small single source vineyard in Bandol in the Provence region. Our wine makers and partners have leveraged knowledge of the ancient methods, but bring modern winemaking techniques into the mix to ensure the most environmental way to produce our delicious Pink Diesel.

All grapes are hand picked in low yields to ensure that all of our bottles capture the delicate flavours of Provence. The grapes are grown on clay and limestone soil on terraced hillsides and our bottling all follows the lunar calendar.
